Yi’an District of Tongling City takes rural civilization heritage as the focus to promote rural community governance，adopts measures such as strengthening of party building and leadership，solidifying the foundation of rural community governance，building a long-term mechanism of clean government culture，tapping into the culture of local elites，enriching the cultural life of villagers，integrating self-governance，rule of law，and virtues，and improving people’s livelihood and a culture of sharing，and achieves remarkable results，leading to the formation of a rural community governance model with ‘Yi’an characteristics’.
