国际产业合作园作为当前中国各省份促进当地经济发展的新增长极以及产业转型升级的重要载体，近年来呈现快速的发展趋势。本文以浙江省的实践为例，分析了该地区国际产业合作园建设的进展及呈现的特点，并以中荷（嘉善）产业合作园为例，研究其成功运作的影响因素，在此基础上提炼出浙江省国际产业合作园建设的四点经验，即明确园区的主攻方向、出台精准的政策措施、改变传统的招商模式以及培育高端转移人才。
As a new growth pole for promoting local economic development and an important way for industrial transformation and upgrading，International Industrial Cooperative parks have shown a rapid development trend in recent years. Taking the practice of Zhejiang Province as an example，this paper analyses the progress and characteristics of the construction of international industrial cooperative parks in this region，and studies the influencing factors of their successful operation by taking the Sino-Dutch（Jiashan）industrial cooperative parks as an example. On this basis，four experiences of the construction of international industrial cooperative parks in Zhejiang Province are extracted，namely，defining the main direction of the parks，introduction of precise policies and measures，changing the traditional investment model and cultivating high-level talents.
