2018年越南国内政局稳定，各项改革深入推进，党建、反腐多有成效，经济结构、发展质量有所改善，经济增长加速，实现国内生产总值增长7.08%，亚洲经济“新虎”正在崛起。进入2019年，越南政治保持反腐高压态势，第一季度经济增长接近7%，“和解”外交活跃，特金会在河内举行令世界瞩目，为越南实现2019年全年各项发展目标打下了良好的基础。
As the reforms and anti-corruption in Party building have been put forward while the economic structure and developing quality have been improved，Vietnam is rising as a new economic tiger in Asia with a fleet rate of growth at 7.08% in 2018. In 2019，Vietnam continues to keep the tough stance and reinforce the strike on corruption and grew by nearly 7% in the first quarter. On the other hand，US-DPRK Summit 2019 has attracted worldwide attention，which shows that Vietnamese diplomacy began to play a core role reconciliation in regional and international issues. Base on this，it will be more smoothly for Vietnam complete all the development targets of 2019 as scheduled.
