就业竞争力是影响大学生就业质量的关键因素。“非洲学”硕士研究生的就业竞争力具有自己的内涵与构成。通过对近五年“非洲学”毕业生的调查分析发现,学生就业竞争力总体上有较大提升空间,优秀毕业生就业经验值得总结。建议从学生、学校和社会几个层面出发,对“非洲学”学生进行合理引导,树立正确观念;创新培养模式,提升核心能力与素质;完善制度建设,实现协同创新,合力培养服务国家战略、适应发展需求的“非洲学”人才。
Employment competitiveness is a key factor affecting the quality of college students’ employment,and the employment competitiveness of graduate students of “African Studies” has its own connotation and composition. Through the investigation and analysis of “Academician” graduates in the past five years,it has been found that there is room for improving overall employment competitiveness of students,and the outstanding graduates’ experience is valuable to be summarized. It is suggested that the employment competitiveness should be upgraded from students,schools and society,to reasonably guide the students of “African Studies” to establish a correct view of employment,cultivate innovative models,improve core competencies and qualities,improve institution building,achieve collaborative innovation,and work together to cultivate “African Studies” graduates who serve national strategies and meet the needs of development.
