Madagascar has unique investment advantages，but its investment environment also faces great challenges. This paper first analyzes the main investment promotion and protection laws and regulations in Madagascar，and then discusses the political，economic，judicial and social investment environment that has a profound impact on foreign investors’ choice，production and operation，as well as personal and property safety. Finally，the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote and protect Chinese investment in Madagascar.
