The evolvement of the financial investment in China since reform and opening up in 1978 can be divided into 3 stages，i.e.，start-up，shunt and deepening reform. So far，the body，subject，manner and idea of financial investments have changed substantially，new features such as financial innovation and scientific supervision，RMB internalization and accelerating of overseas investment，the integration of the internet and finance as well as the upgrade of investment structure and industry are presented in the process. However，some imminent problems including the unbalanced financial structure，the lack of impetus in financial innovation，the imperfection of the financial supervision system and the inactive fund flow between the money market and the capital market，etc. require our attention and solution. In the future，we suggest that China quicken the pace of development of the capital market and the money market by taking measures including improving and perfecting the interbank borrowing market，perfecting the multi-layer capital market system，etc.
