近年来，我国资产管理行业迅猛发展，汇集了大量的社会资本，有力支持了实体经济、创新创业的发展，一定程度上缓解了融资难问题；同时以其独特的产品灵活性，满足了大众不同层次的投资理财需求，丰富了金融工具和金融体系，总体风险可控。本文重点梳理在金融供给侧结构性改革背景下我国资管行业快速发展的同时，与成熟市场相比仍处于发展的初级阶段，行业基础文化有待形成；与国际一流资产管理机构相比，中国的资产管理机构仍存在不小的差距，核心竞争力、治理水平、业务发展与风险控制能力亟待提升。
In recent years，China's asset management industry has developed rapidly，bringing together a large amount of social capital，which has strongly supported the development of the real economy and innovation and entrepreneurship，which has alleviated the difficulty of financing to a certain extent.At the same time，it has satisfied the public with its unique product flexibility.The level of investment and wealth management needs enrich financial instruments and financial systems，and the overall risks are controllable.This paper focuses on the rapid development of China's asset management industry under the background of financial supply side reform.Compared with mature markets，China's asset management industry is still in the initial stage of development，and the industry's basic culture needs to be formed；Compared with China's asset management institutions，there is still a big gap.The core competitiveness，governance level，business development and risk control capabilities need to be improved.
