东西方文化不同的文化特质孕育了不同的伦理精神。一切伦理精神最终都要落脚于处世技巧，本文以《道德经》和《圣经》为经典文本，考察了东西方伦理精神所暗示的不同处世技巧。
Eastern and west culture are different from each other，from which different ethical spirits are produced. All ethical spirits are aimed to direct methodology of life. Taking Daoism and Bible as classical works in East and West，the paper make a comparison between different methodology of life between East and West.
