Modern Western values not only influence the world development deeply，but also lead to the increasing integration and assimilation of human values directly. The paper has made an analysis on the formation，benefits and problems of Western values. In the process of overcoming the drawbacks related to Western values，it is very urgent and necessary to seek for Non-Western values which means Asian values will play an important role in building advanced values beyond Western values.
