Globalization has made all mankind become a destiny community，but the actual condition of mankind is represented by governmental countries and a non-governmental world. This pattern has led to serious consequences and will pose a threat to the survival and development of all mankind. In this concern，it is imperative and urgent to construct the human common value system and build the human interest community. Human common value system should be the world harmonious value system that seeks the ultimate goal of universal human happiness，adheres to the core concept of peace，development，cooperation，win-win result，just and harmony，abides by the fundamental principles of human interest supremacy，respecting national sovereignty，defending basic human rights，observing the bottom-line peace，and resolving conflicts through consultation. However，the construction of this system is subject to resistances and problems in respect of economy，culture，politics and military，and its root cause can be attributed to the national supremacy and the national egoism. In an attempt to thoroughly resolve such problems，we need to establish the universal concept of human interest supremacy，speed up the setup of world governing bodies，and properly deal with the relationship between human common value system and national value system，personal value system.
