华侨华人是中国与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区民心相通的重要桥梁和纽带。目前，华侨华人家族慈善在世界范围内发挥着重要的作用，可以说，华侨华人慈善是中国传统文化尤其是慈善文化的一张名片。一方面，中国传统文化和中华文明深深影响着华侨华人及其家族的慈善行为；另一方面，华侨华人及其家族的慈善行为又是中国传统文化的践行和传播表现。本文讨论华侨华人家族慈善的现状、特点及深远意义。本文将《全球慈善家族百杰报告（2016）》中的14个华侨华人家族慈善作为研究对象，通过分析其慈善捐赠的地域分布、数额和捐赠行为，并结合李嘉诚家族和谢国民家族的个案，绘制了一幅华侨华人家族慈善的生动图画。还进一步分析了华侨华人家族慈善具有的中西特色发展模式，形成了华人的公益慈善文化氛围，具有丰富多样的治理结构和较为成功的代际传承的独特发展特点。
Overseas Chinese are an important force in the construction and an important bridge and link between China and the people of the countries along “the Belt and Road”. At present，overseas Chinese family charity plays an important role in the world. It can be said that overseas Chinese charity is a business card of Chinese traditional culture，especially charity culture. On the one hand，Chinese traditional culture and Chinese civilization deeply influence the philanthropy of overseas Chinese and their families. On the other hand，the philanthropy of overseas Chinese and their families is the practitioner and disseminator of Chinese traditional culture. In this context，this article discusses the status quo and characteristics of the overseas Chinese family charity. Based on this，this study discusses the 14 overseas Chinese family charities in the Analysis report on top 100 global philanthropic families （2016），by analyzing the geographical distribution，amount anddonation model of charitable donations，and combining Li Ka-shing family and Dhanin Chearavanont family. In the case，a vivid picture of the charity of the overseas Chinese family was drawn. Then，it further analyzes the development model of Chinese and Western characteristics of the overseas Chinese family charity and forms a charity culture atmosphere and diverse governance structure and unique development characteristics of successful intergenerational inheritance.
