In 2018，the political situation of Estonia was generally stable and the Eesti 200 Party made its first political appearance. That year，Estonia celebrated its centenary of independence with colorful activities held by both the government and the public. The celebration will last from 2017 to 2020. In terms of the economy，from 2017 to 2018，the general situation was relatively good and its GDP has increased compared with 2016. In terms of international relations and security，from 2017 to 2018，senior leaders of Estonia frequently visited other countries，actively participated in the energy cooperation between the Baltic States，successfully worked as the rotating presidency of the European Union，and held the greatest military exercise since its independence.
