2018年是中国—中东欧国家合作（以下简称“16+1合作”）机制创建6周年，也是中国—中东欧国家地方合作年。在17国的共同努力下，双方合作领域不断拓展，内涵持续增加，规模明显扩大，水平持续提升。随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进，中国与中东欧16国的交流合作更趋活跃，势头更加强劲，并取得积极成果，有力地促进了各国的经济社会发展。
The year 2018 marks the sixth anniversary of China-Central and Eastern European Countries （CEEC） Cooperation （“16+1 Cooperation”） mechanism and the year of China-CEEC Local Cooperation. Thanks to the joint efforts of the 17 countries，the China-CEEC cooperation has covered more areas with greater depth and scale and higher quality. As the Belt and Road Initiative forges ahead，exchanges and cooperation between China and the 16 Central and Eastern European countries have become more active with a stronger momentum. Therefore，fruitful results have been achieved，effectively promoting the economic and social development of all countries.
