Industry diversification has been an important problem in economic development of Macao. First of all，this paper analyzes the change of the market structure of Macao gaming company’s. Then，analysis of the Macao gaming company internal dynamic diversification through the development of the non gaming business. Third，in the non gaming business types of foundation of carding Macao each gaming company current development，further to compared the gaming company’s diversification performance. Finally，summarize the characteristics of diversified business of Macao gaming company and put forward policy recommendations.
