In 2013，the 5^th legislative assembly election of Macau SAR was successfully carried out，14 members of the legislative assembly was directly elected by the electors.Judging from the election results，the voting rate of direct election decreased slightly，the proportion of blank votes increased，and the election results exceeded the expectation of many people.Based on these，this paper summarized and analyzed some hot issues of the election，made some corresponding suggestions for the problems exposed during the process of the election，and provided some references for the further development of Macau legislative assembly election.
