香港学校德育及公民教育突破了单一的课程模式,提倡“全人发展,多元并进”,政府、学校、社会和家庭之间的相互协调和配合使价值教育能够贯穿在课堂内外,并多渠道整合社会资源:一方面通过各学习领域的课程编制,将知识、技能和价值观、态度教育紧密融合;另一方面开展集体活动、校园文化和社会服务,通过学生对社会生活的积极参与和亲身体验,将知识技能升华为情感认同,并内化为正向的价值观和生活态度,在中小学德育中贯彻了社会化生成的理念和策略。本文基于对香港回归前后学校公民教育理念宗旨的比较和分析,以不同层次课程设置为范例,深入研究学校德育及公民教育的推行策略及效果。
The moral education and civic education in schools of HK is no longer a single curriculum model. It promotes an idea of “whole person development and multi-advancement”. The value education inside and outside the class is possible only through the coordination and cooperation among government,school,society and family. And the social resources are integrated by multi-channels. On the one hand,knowledge and skills are closely fused with value and attitude education though the curriculum program of various fields of study. On the other hand,actively attending and personally experiencing the social life,the knowledge and skills of the students are sublimated into the identity of emotion and internalized as positive values and living attitude through the development of group activity,campus culture and social service. Thus,the concept and strategy of socializing generation is carried out in the moral education in primary and middle schools. In this essay,based on the comparison and analysis of the purpose and concept of civic education in schools before and after the Return in HK,the implementing strategy and effect of the moral education and civic education in schools is closely investigated by the examples of curriculum program of various levels.
