右翼民粹主义在香港已经成为一种重要的社会思潮，影响到香港的未来社会走向，该方面的研究对于准确把握香港的政治生态和国家政策制定有重要价值。本文分析了右翼民粹主义的产生原因和特点。就香港自身原因来说，右翼民粹主义的出现与其政治和政党的不成熟性相关，也与全球化过程中香港民众置业与就业的困难有关。香港右翼民粹主义特点表现为：①利用地方语言建构出“我们”和“他们”的区别；②反体制性；③反价值性；④政治上的激进性。文章最后提出了对香港右翼民粹主义的批判与反思。
The right-wing populism is becoming one of the most important social thoughts in Hong Kong，which is affecting the future of Hong Kong.The research on it is very beneficial to understanding the local political ecosystem and making national guiding policy.In the paper，the phenomena of right-wing populism in Hong Kong have been analyzed，and then its causes and characters have been pointed out.Its emergence is relative to the immaturity of politic and political parties，and also has close relation to the difficulty of peoples' buying properties and seeking jobs during globalization.It has four characters：（1）Constructing the difference between“we”and“they”by the local language —Cantonese；（2）Resisting the current social system；（3）Building the counter-value of current social value；（4）Owning radical political view.In the end of the paper，the right-wing populism in Hong Kong has been criticized and rethought.
