回归以来，香港青年的国家认同出现了先升后降的变动，其原因既有全球化背景下的多样性、流动性及自由化思潮的影响，也有香港自身的社会流动弱化、媒体引导及缺少认同教育等因素的影响。对此，香港需要在“一国两制”大背景下，既允许多元价值观和谐共存，又对影响国民教育和国家认同建构的各种观念进行整合，做好国民教育工作，规范媒体运作，建设粤港澳城市群，加强香港与内地的沟通交流，逐步提升香港青年的国家归属感。
The national identity of Hong Kong youth has descended since the reunification.The reasons are the influence of diversity and mobility in the context of globalization，the weakening of Hong Kong's own social mobility，media guidance and lack of identity education.Hong Kong should not only allow multiple values to coexist harmoniously but also integrate the various concepts of national education and national identity in the context of“one country，two systems”.The government should regulate the operation of the media，Construct Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao city group，Strengthen communication between Hong Kong and the mainland.And ultimately gradually enhance the national identity of young people in Hong Kong.
