当前北京在转型发展过程中，出口贸易额呈现下滑态势，虽然2017年呈现趋稳向好的状况，但是出口总量仍然不高。这是当前北京转型发展过程中的一个阶段性问题，应引起足够的重视。明确北京企业未来出口的路径选择能够避免经济“脱实向虚”，对提升产业层次、增加高端就业以及税收、促进“四个中心”以及京津冀一体化战略的实现具有重要意义。本研究拟从培育外贸园区、支持重点产业出口、外贸转型升级、发展跨境电子商务、扶持北京本地企业、实现出口国别多元化等角度探索提升北京企业出口贸易额的路径从而为北京企业出口提供有力支撑。
At present，in the process of transformation and development in Beijing，the volume of export trade is showing a downward trend，although 2017 is showing a steady and good situation，the total export volume is still not high. This is a stage problem in the process of transformation and development of Beijing，which should be paid enough attention to. It is of great significance to make clear that the choice of the future export path of Beijing enterprises can avoid the economic “de-realization to the virtual”，to upgrade the industrial level，to increase the high-end employment and tax revenue，to promote the realization of the “four centers” and the integration strategy of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei. This study aims to develop cross-border e-commerce by fostering foreign trade parks，supporting key industry exports，transforming and upgrading foreign trade，and developing cross-border e-commerce. From the point of view of supporting Beijing local enterprises and realizing the diversification of export countries，this paper explores the way to enhance the export trade volume of Beijing enterprises，so as to provide strong support for the export of Beijing enterprises.
