在供给侧结构性改革的背景下，北京企业（尤其是工业企业）的出口受到了较大的影响，工业出口额持续大幅度下降，在一定程度上影响了北京开放型经济体制以及开放型经济发展战略的实现。本研究拟从政府层面、企业层面和中介组织层面探讨提升北京企业出口的针对性措施和建议，力求为北京开放型城市的构建做出应有的贡献。
Under the background of supply-side reform，the export of Beijing enterprises （especially industrial enterprises） has been greatly affected，and the industrial export volume has continued to decline greatly，which has affected the realization of Beijing’s open economic system and the development strategy of open economy to a certain extent. This study intends to explore the targeted measures and suggestions to enhance the export of Beijing enterprises from the government level，enterprise level and intermediary organization level，and strive to make due contributions to the construction of Beijing open city.
