2013~2018年,健康传播研究呈现以下几个特点:论文类研究成果丰硕,研究主阵地逐步从医学卫生领域向新闻传播领域转换;研究内容“传承有余、创新不足”,仍集中在效果研究、特殊议题研究等几个领域;以学科门类为区隔逐步深入,涉及糖尿病、乙肝、肺结核等多个领域,但艾滋病、抑郁症等疾病传播研究仍然为研究热点。
The spread of holding a healthy life,taking health promotion activities and health communication practice have been on process rapidly in China since 2013 with increasing health communication related researches. This report focuses on domestic researches of health communication from 2013 to 2018,reviewing and sorting out the current situation of the researches,analyzing the existing problems of them,and puts forward counter measures and suggestions on them. During 2013 to 2018,researches on health communication in China has the following characteristics:papers with fruitful research results have been produced,more than ten categories of resources have been covered including journal papers,doctoral papers and international conferences,key words including doctor-patient relationship,health education and social media have been summarized,and the main research project changes gradually from the field of medical health to the field of news communication;however,the research shown in doctoral papers and monographs are not deep enough that the number of doctoral theses and monographs collected by CNKI and national digital library is small,and the research content is “conservative but not innovative”,still concentratingonresearches about effect,special topic and other fields.
In addition,the following new characteristics have emerged in health communication:researchers have gradually deepened the study by doing researches according to categorized subjects in vertical and extended fields that research topics are wide from diabetes,hepatitis B,to tuberculos is and other fields with the study of AIDS,depression and other diseases remains popular. Problems exist in health communication research,and suggested improvements are as follows. First,the proportion of research projects supported by fund is too low,so financial support for health communication research should be further increased. Second,research on health promotion is insufficient,so we the application of health communication theory should be strengthen by practice. Third,“disease orientation” in research has overwhelmed,and the focus should be adjusted to “human orientation”. Fourth,there are some misunderstandings about health,such as more “treatment” and less “prevention” in health communication research. What’s more,the number of researches on passive acquisition behaviors is large while that on active search behaviors is small,which should be taken into account in a comprehensive way. And last but not least,interdisciplinary research cooperation among medical,public health and news communication scholars is insufficient,which needs to further expand the breadth and depth of that.
