Senior Research Fellow, the Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and Secretary General, National Top Think Tank of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since the May of 2019. He also acts as the chief of national research projects. His major study covers the Belt and Road, China’s global strategy, etc. He has published papers, books and reports. Some of his works were awarded by CASS and some governmental institutions.
