博士，英国爱丁堡龙比亚大学艺术与创意工业学院博士生导师，马来西亚泰莱大学副教授、博士生导师，主要研究方向为民族电影理论、电影作者论、华语电影研究和世界电影产业研究，编著出版Migration & Memory：Arts and Cinemas of the Chinese Diaspora以及Development of Global Film Industry：Industrial Competition and Cooperation in the Context of Globalization等图书。
