2016年以来，中国与东盟各国以纪念中国-东盟对话关系25周年和东盟建立50周年为契机，举办多次纪念活动，推动了中国与东盟各国的能源合作。双方以“共商、共建、共享”为指导思想，共倡“共同、综合、合作、可持续”的能源安全新理念。中国与东盟各国不断丰富既有能源合作机制、推动构建企业间跨国合作机制，夯实了中国-东盟能源合作的制度基础。中国与东盟国家间清洁与绿色发展能源项目种类逐渐丰富，为保障地区能源安全、提高地区电力产能做出贡献。地区国家共享能源发展新成果，在电力、油气资源运输方面实现互利共赢，为继续深入合作奠定了物质与利益基础。未来，中国与东盟各国将在“一带一路”建设框架中继续引领绿色发展、共筑能源安全，绑定共同利益从而构建利益共同体、命运共同体。
China and ASEAN Countries have enhanced energy cooperation by the opportunity of dialogue for celebration of 25th anniversary of China-ASEAN dialogue relations and 50th anniversary of ASEAN since 2016. The two sides have jointly practiced the new vision for common，comprehensive，cooperative and sustainable energy security，which will be guided by the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration. China and ASEAN countries are constantly consolidating the institutional basis for energy cooperation by enriching their existing energy cooperation mechanisms，and promoting inter-firms transnational cooperation mechanisms. The clean and green development energy projects between China and ASEAN countries have been gradually enriched，making contributions to regional energy security and regional capacity of power production. The regional countries share the new fruits of energy development in the field of electricity and oil and gas resources transportation，achieving mutual benefit and win-win cooperation and making further cooperation a solid foundation. In the future，China and ASEAN countries will lead the progress of green development and energy security. The interests’ community in energy respective and the community of common destiny among regional countries will be built in the frame of OBOR construction.
