面对全球可持续发展和减少碳排放的宏大目标，雅加达市制定了城市层面的可持续能源转型路线图。该路线图分析了雅加达市的能源供需、二氧化碳排放及可再生能源现状，制定了当前政策场景、可持续能源转型场景、可持续交通场景及迈向零碳场景四种方案，以期为决策者提供多项选择和最佳路径。该路线图的编制尺度、层次性逻辑和系统性思维为中国城市能源转型提供了重要参考与借鉴。
Faced with ambitious goals for sustainable development and carbon reduction，Jakarta has explored a city-level sustainable energy transition roadmap. The roadmap analyzes the energy supply and demand，carbon dioxide emissions and the current situation of renewable energy in Jakarta. It sets out four scenarios：the current policy scenario，sustainable energy transition scenario，sustainable transportation scenario and towards NetZero scenario，in order to provide decision-makers with multiple choices and the best pathway. The scale，hierarchical logic and systematic thinking of the roadmap provide an important reference for energy transformation in China.
