为识别碳达峰、碳中和目标下汽车产业发展路径,本研究探讨了汽车碳排放的界定,测算了我国汽车碳排放的现状与趋势,明确了汽车碳减排的关键因素及工作重点,分析了汽车发展将受到的影响、面临的问题,并进一步提出了对策建议。研究认为,大幅度提升节能与新能源汽车在保有量中的占比可助力汽车碳排放在2030年前后实现达峰。
In order to identify the development path of the automobile industry under the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,this article studies and explores the definition of vehicle carbon emissions,measures and estimates the current status and trends of vehicle carbon emissions in China,clarifies the key factors and work priorities of carbon emission reduction,analyzes the effects and problems exposed during the development of the automobile industry,and further puts forward the suggestions for development in future. Research believes that a substantial increase in the proportion of energy-saving and new energy vehicles in the inventory can help vehicle carbon emissions reach a peak around 2030.
